There also might be a delay in delivery due to the customs checks
RETURNS
Please note that I cannot offer refund or cancelation once you have placed an order..
DAMAGES
I send all items in double boxes and with appropriate fillers to stop any movement. But in the unlikely event any items are damaged in transit, please email lizworkman12@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please provide photographs of the damaged piece and retain the packaging and I will come back to you as soon as possible. Thanks so much.
PACKAGING
All orders are beautifully and carefully packaged using environmentally responsible packaging.
The majority of my packaging is made of eco-friendly, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials that I source from UK suppliers. While I do have some printed branded materials, I try to use them sparingly and I’m constantly looking for ways that I can improve and be more sustainable.
When mailing items I try to reuse as many boxes, fillers and bubble wrap that I have received myself and saved (you should see how much I have in my garage!). But this often means the boxes aren’t that pretty, which I hope you won’t mind - just trying to do my bit!
